Many find the easiest way to pay is by debit or credit card on our secure website or over the phone. Alternatively you have the option to pay by direct debit for your holiday home insurance cover. Simply call us and this can be arranged for a minimal charge of £15.

If the policy is unsuitable for your needs you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your policy documentation (providing no claims have been made) for a full refund. After this period cancellation changes do apply. To cancel please confirm this in writing to click4quote.com.

Rebuilding calculations need to consider not just the cost of building the main property, including site clearance cost and solicitors and surveyors' costs, but also remember to include the cost of rebuilding any outbuildings, swimming pools, boundary walls etc. Underinsuring your property will affect any claims that are made, if you are in any doubt you should contact a professional in the country that your property is located in.

When your policy is due for renewal we aim to send you a renewal notice at least 21 days before the renewal date. We will then contact you to ensure all of the details are correct and ask if you would like to renew. If you paid by Direct Debit your policy may automatically renew unless you call us to confirm you do not wish to renew.

We are able to quote for a wide range of holiday homes but with any product offering there are a few types of property we cannot cover under this wording (however we can usually quote under another policy type). Unfortunately we are unable to cover the following:

  • Property situated over any shop or business or used for any business
    (other than holiday letting)
  • Property in a block of more than 10 flats/apartments.
  • Chalets
  • Your main residence or permanently unoccupied property
(We are able to quote for this business under our other types of product)
  • Let on a long term basis to tenants
(We are specialists in UK buy to let insurance)
  • Property being renovated or constructed

Our quotes include the relevant taxes levied by governments in country where your property is located.
